Technology Enabling People Engagement™


We are all technology companies now. Operating without technology has become unthinkable.

Effectively leveraging the benefits of technology has become essential. The interface of effective leverage is the people/desktop. What has crept up on organisational development is how the desktop/notebook PC has become the only universal and mandatory interface for everybody in a desk/home based role. For the first time there is a (controllable) common interface with which people interact with their organisation.

For some time Predaptive have been working on the opportunities and potential of this common interface, by using technology to enable the engagement of people with an organisations’ change and development programmes. This concept of Technology Enabling People Engagement™ (TEPE) is Predaptive’s way of making sure that technology is used in appropriate, innovative and dynamic ways to support its projects wherever relevant.

TEPE focuses on the inter-relationships between three types of change that when brought together at the same time creates a powerful new way of improving organisational performance:

TEPE dynamically combines processes and ways of working into your corporate intranet (process change), challenging your team’s perspectives with creative and insightful e-learning applications (behavioural change) and supporting these with highly transparent performance management systems (performance change). TEPE really does make the change and learning permanent. Through implementing a TEPE approach through this controllable, common interface, an organisation can do the following:
